The value for money was great and the room was luxurious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and close to restaurants. The staff, especially Natalie, were incredibly helpful and responsive.
The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the food for breakfast.

The location of the boatel seems to be convenient, with restaurants like Papa John's and Loudon's nearby. One reviewer mentioned enjoying breakfast at the latter. the boat itself is well-equipped with bunk beds for kids, a double bed, and electric heaters. Natalie, the owner, provided a warm welcome and showed guests how everything works.
One lamp did not have a bulb, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

What a unique and enjoyable experience staying at The Four Sisters Boatel was! My kids absolutely loved the novelty of sleeping on a boat, and the friendly welcome from Natalie made us feel right at home. The boat itself had all the necessary amenities, including comfortable bedrooms and cute bunk beds for the little ones. The location was convenient, with the ability to walk to Princes Street, and the added bonus of being able to fish off the side of the boat and feed the ducks. We also appreciated the nearby restaurants and the lovely breakfast spot at Loudons. a warm, cosy, and fun-filled stay that we can't wait to repeat!
Totally recommend this hotel.

We had a great adventure staying on the canalboat. The two double beds in the cabins were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The decorations added a beautiful touch, although we had to be cautious with small children. Despite the draught at the main entrance, the bedrooms were warm. The location was excellent, with easy access to a supermarket and a short walk to Princes Street. The supply of books, DVDs, and CDs kept us entertained. We also enjoyed using the nearby British Waterways facility for showers. it was a unique and enjoyable experience.
The toilet couldn't handle tissue paper, which wasn't ideal, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. The boat could use a deep clean and some maintenance, but it didn't significantly affect our experience.
